Privacy Policy

Mevro handles two kinds of data: information about you as a customer, and information about the leads who message your business. This page explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

What we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, business name, and billing details.
  • Meta account data — the ad accounts, pages, and campaign metrics you connect, accessed through Meta's official APIs with permissions you grant.
  • Lead conversations — messages exchanged between your business and people who respond to your ads, so Mevro can reply, qualify, and book on your behalf.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and diagnostic logs that help us keep the service running.

How we use it

We use your data to operate the service: generating and publishing ads, responding to leads, booking appointments, and reporting on results. We use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the product.

We do not sell your data, and we do not sell or rent your leads' contact details to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the processors needed to run Mevro — hosting, messaging delivery, payment processing, and the AI providers that generate ad copy and conversation replies. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

We disclose data to authorities only where legally required, and will tell you when we're permitted to.

Your leads' data

Conversations belong to your business. You are the data controller for your leads; Mevro acts as your processor. You are responsible for telling your customers how their data is used and for having a lawful basis to contact them.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and conversation data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we're required to retain records for tax or legal reasons.

You can export your leads and conversation history to CSV at any time from the dashboard.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@mevro.org and we'll action it within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to staff who need it and is logged. No system is perfect — if a breach affects you, we will notify you promptly.
